Instant Healthy Chocolate Cake

Satisfying yet completely guilt free dessert!

1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 mashed banana

Mix everything together well and stick in a greased microwavable cup (I used a ramekin). You can add ingredients as you please (chocolate chips, nuts, etc).

Microwave 1.5-2 minutes. Remove and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy plain OR top it like I did! I mashed blackberries and raspberries with plain yogurt and spread it on top, then finished with some chopped almonds. A little messy looking but it was cause I couldn’t wait to devour it!! Devour I did.
